TCL’s Gaurie Ramdeo recently returned from Monterrey, Mexico where she spent 6 weeks participating in the second CEMEX Global Maintenance Seminar. She was the only female participant at the training, which was designed for current and potential maintenance managers, coordinators and specialists. According to Gaurie, the seminar met and surpassed its goals of strengthening technical capabilities; levelling the maintenance knowledge; developing skills; sharing experiences and promoting tools to improve the reliability of our facilities, among others. Having gained a lot of insight into her field, she is now back and eager to apply all that was learnt.

It is said that 'legends are born in October'! Well, who knows, but TCL's employees celebrating birthdays during the month, got together and celebrated another year of life with General Manager, Guillermo Rojo. Lots of laughter and cupcakes marked the occasion.
